Dinner 3/22/05
I made a green curry with chicken, broccoli and zucchini. It was super spicy. As in inedible. I ended up turning it into a fried rice, which was edible.

Fish is good
Californian sea bass sauteed with white wine, capers, and sage. Baked baby artichokes and asparagus, sprinkled with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
Jason's rating: 7.25/10, no wait, he just changed it to 7.75/10 as he licked his plate...
Geisha
This is a picture of a Geisha in the park somewhere in Tokyo. I think. Kyoto Toots says. Anyways, I think it's a keeper.
When in Rome...
Too cool for school. This is me in Rome trying to look the part. I like the way flikr hosts your files for you and integrates with you blog. I don't like the fact that I have to log in to flikr via the web to do that nifty blog interaction. Hello and Picassa let me do that all via my desktop app. Then again Hello needs to have the blog and the photos hosted on the same server... or at least I'm still working on it.
Snake for dinner
Sure you can put that venomous cobra right next to my wife's face. It'll make a great pic for the kids back home.
This is a test of flikr. I think I prefer hello however.

Dinner 3/18/05
Italian Farro (it is a type of grain) in a tomato paste sauce with fresh sausage from the butcher, mushrooms, and chard... with a glass of red wine to wash it down.
Kind of came out like a "nutty" rissotto. I like it

Dinner 3/17/05
Insalata Caprese appettizer, steak, and baby spinach dressed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
7/10 racing stripes
A 7 due to the mere fact it was steak, and not corn beef.

Photo-blog
You aren't anyone unless you have a blog. You aren't UBER however, until you have a PHOTO Blog!
Honoring the Irish
So to honor the Irish side of Jason's family (which I think is actually 0%) I made corned beef tonight. It was the first time I have ever made it and actually the first time I have ever eaten it . Did not know what to expect, but I liked it... then again, I like anything that is meat.
And just for kicks we had freshly baked pumpkin bread.
Jason's rating: 5/10, mostly due to the dish being corned beef and not steak :)
