This is Jason and Agnieszka's corner of the internet. We'll keep people updated with our travels, culinary adventures, and general mischief that we tend to get ourselves into.

BTW this is the birthday girl!

Carnival in SF

Click here for gallery pics of Carnival in San Francisco. Not the same as the real thing, what with the low riders and the large cop presence... but still had a lot of fun. Ok last post of the day for me, I'm exhausted!

It may not be Fenway, but Pac Bell is pretty damn cool...

Giants got crushed by the Padres....

We went camping last weekend. This is me trying to shade my pearly white skin from the intense rays of the sun. Got some great bogey boarding in that day and had a camp fire on the beach.

It may look a little odd, but this is rabbit. Pretty tasty. Kind of like a chicken on steroids. Rabbits are pure muscle.

More of america's past time

Scored free tickets to the SF Giants versus the SD Padres tonight. Aga's love of baseball will be reaching new heights! It is kind of foggy, but it is starting to burn off. Pictures to follow I'm sure.

Not sure which team to root for. I'll probably be rooting for the Padres, but could care less who wins.

The rowdy fans that entertained Aga for over 3 hours ;)

Jason reall enjoying the game, especialyl after the Boston Red Sox won

Agnieszka having a blast at the game

the ballpark

Baseball

I am NOT a fan! I went to a few games and they just seem really boring. The players stand around a lot and don't do anything. I think part of the problem is that I usually sit in the bleachers and can't really see the ball, unless someone runs after it. At least in soccer, basketball, hockey, I can follow the players (if I can't see the ball) and still know what's going on.

Some people enjoy the atmosphere with the beer and the hot dogs. I dislike both, so I guess there's not that much left for me... Well, maybe people watching. Jason and I went to an Oakland-Boston game a couple of days ago. I thought I'd be a good wife and did not complain too much :) We ended up sitting next to a group of 10 year-old kids who were Boston fans. There was also a big guy right next to them who was an Oakland fan. The kids and the guy kept bickering throughout then game and it was really fun to listen. If it wasn't for them I would have been really bored. However, I enjoyed it this time and i think I'll be ok with going to a few more ;)

I'm getting addicted...

... to online forums. For the past 8 years, or so, I've enjoyed the benefits of high speed internet. However, only recently I started really browsing aimlessly. I use the web a lot, but usually to look up information, book travel for my clients, e-mail, etc. But lately work has been really boring and combined with the inevitable prospect of quitting it caused a lot of procrastination. So I browse, read about reality shows, and now read and post on online forums. The two that I like are craigslits's food and travel forums. Looking at our website it should not be a surprise. It is eating up a lot of my time though. I need to quit before school starts or I'll never get any work done!

Pictures of our dinners

So, some of you may wonder why we keep posting pictures of our dinners... Well, we can't invite our out-of-town friends for dinner every night, so that's one way you guys can dine with us. Also, those of you that are going to visit us this summer can view a preview of what may be served at the Jones Hotel.

Every now and then we try making sushi at home... This time Aga made it and Jason gave it 8/10 Japanese soybeans
